An accommodation block booking has been made at both the Pullman Sydney Penrith (WSCC venue) and Mercure Penrith (Penrith Panthers Leagues Club venue) and will be available to book via the registration form.

Pullman Sydney Penrith @ $300 per night (including 1 buffet breakfast)

Is a five-star hotel directly connected to the Western Sydney Convention Centre. Onsite underground self-parking is available.

Mercure Penrith @ $254 per night (including 1 buffet breakfast in Kelly’s Bar and Kitchen)

Is a four-star hotel positioned next to Panthers Penrith Leagues Club and close to the WSCC. Onsite self-parking is available.

How to get to WSCC

Western Sydney Convention Centre is located less than an hour from the Sydney CBD and Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport. The new Western Sydney International Airport (due to open end of 2026) will be 18km away.

Car

Driving directions:

Take the M4 Motorway westbound toward Penrith. Exit onto Mulgoa Road
Follow signage to the Panthers Entertainment Precinct.

Sydney CBD – WSCC: 57 km (approx. 50 minutes)
Sydney International Airport (SYD) – WSCC: 58 km (approx. 50 minutes)

Train

The WSCC is accessible via the Sydney Trains network, with Penrith Station as the nearest major train station. From Penrith Station, attendees can travel to the WSCC via taxi, uber and bus. Train lines to use: T1 Western Line & T5 Cumberland Line

Bus

The WSCC is serviced by multiple local bus routes operating throughout the Penrith area. The following bus routes pass near the WSCC: 689, 776, 780, 781 & 795. These routes connect Penrith Station and surrounding suburbs to the Panthers Precinct. Bus stops are located with short walking access to the venue entrance.

Airport

WSCC is located less than an hour from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport. The new Western Sydney International Airport (due to open end of 2026) will be 18km away. This new 24-hour airport will provide seamless connection for interstate an international delegate flying into Western Sydney.
